KSG Fitness Championship

Keystone State Games Fitness Championship

Date: Saturday July 25th

Location:  Venemous Crossfit-  398 Marion St, Luzerne, PA 18709

Day of Registration opens: 7:15 am

Registration Fee: $30 (cash preferred for walk-on registration)

First Event Begins: 8:00 am

 Workouts:

• Competition will consist of 4- 10 minutes workouts
• Heats will be assigned at the competition directors discretion
• Athletes will have approx 20-30 minutes recovery in between workouts

 Divisions:  1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals will be awarded in the following divisions

• Kids 12-17 (must have Crossfit Kids experience)
• Mens & Women Open (18-39)
• Mens & Women Scaled (18-39)
• Men & Women Masters (40+)
