KSG GYMNASTICS - TEAM ENTRY
2018 Keystone Gymnastics Championship Presented by: Keystone State Games, Spirit Gymnastics, Premier Amateur Sports, LLC
DATE: April 13-15, 2018
LOCATION: SPIRIT Gymnastics Training Center, 513 Dickerson Rd, North Wales, PA 19454
ELIGIBILITY: Any amateur gymnast residing in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Washington D.C., Ohio & New York - age unlimited. Gymnasts must compete at the level in which they have competed in throughout the 2017-2018 seasons or one higher. Violation of this rule may be grounds for disqualification. This is a sanctioned meet by USAG. All gymnasts must be active members of USAG to compete.
One session may be non-sanctioned for those gymnasts who compete under other governing organizations. There will be no team awards for this session.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Register online and save!!!
- Register Online for an ONLINE DISCOUNT Fee of $80 for individual athletes and $50 teams entering at each level. After you register online, please email the completed team roster for each level to SPIRIT Gymnastics. We will use this information to develop a preliminary schedule so you may plan your weekend around the meet.
- Registering by Mail: Each individual entering must send a completed 2018 Individual Entry Form with a fee of $100 and for teams entering; they must complete a 2018 team entry form with a $70 fee for each level All fees are non-refundable and if paying by check or money order please make payable to: Keystone State Games, PO Box 1166, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702
EVENTS: Each athlete will be placed in the ALL-AROUND division which includes competition in vault, bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Please indicate in the comment section of the application if you would prefer to only compete in a specific event.
LEVELS: Competition will be held this year in levels 1 through 10, and will include the Xcel levels.
Compulsory Only â€“ Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings in each level. All scores will count toward individual standings. Routines are performed to USAG standards for the 2016 â€“ 2017 season. Gymnasts do not have to be all-around.
Xcel: Please refer to www.pagymnastics.com, for specific rules. Team Awards will be dependent upon the number of competitors in each Xcel Level.
Optional - Level 6: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings. Follow USAG rules for this level.
Optional - Level 7: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings. Follow USAG rules for this level.
Optional Level 8: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings. All scores will count toward individual standings.
Optional Level 9*: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings. All scores will count toward individual standings.
Optional Level 10*: The top 3 scores will count toward team standings. All scores will count toward individual standings.
*Level 9 & 10 team competition may be combined depending on entries in each level.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to each gymnast placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in individual, all around and team events. Placement awards will be awarded to gymnasts placing 4th, 5th, or 6th in individual and all around events in each division. Team trophies will be awarded in each division. In the event that there are sufficient entries at one level to run two sessions, team awards will be awarded for each session. The placement of teams within each event session shall be determined by random draw.
Souvenir Shirts: Souvenir T-shirts will be available for purchase during the competition.

TEAM ROSTER SUBMISSION / CHANGES: Teams may submit and/or change their roster up until registration deadline. Submit final roster through email: to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any additional gymnasts (who have not already) must register appropriately and make sure to include their team name & level noted.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Schedule will be determined by the number of entries. Award Ceremony will follow conclusion of each division. Please register with KSG and send a copy of your roster to SPIRIT by email email@example.com, so that we may develop a tentative schedule as soon as possible.
